Director Development Programme
We have designed and delivered a modular Director Development programme for an engineering manufacturing company employing 150 staff. The training focus was on Efficiency through People with strategic HR and core management principles as the central context. The training included case studies, facilitated workshops and one to one coaching sessions.

Business Coach/Mentor Training
This programme was introduced as part of an equity funding scheme for SMEs in the North East of England. The fund required that each company worked with a mentor to help them meet their business objectives. As these mentors were drawn from highly experienced and qualified consultants and business people, the challenge was to design and facilitate an event that would challenge and educate at an appropriate level. The outcome ensured the delegates understood their role as a mentor, applying their knowledge, skills and experience in a non judgemental way. There were 6 events over three years with 60 mentors undertaking training. 

Stakeholder Management Programme
This was designed and delivered to improve the relationship and effectiveness of stakeholder management for a government agency

We were contracted to provide one of two coaches to provide leadership and management coaching newly appointed Regional Cluster Managers for a national agency. The coaching was an element of a 12 month management development programme introduced as a key lever of change.
